Some dogs require regular nail trimming. Overgrown nails can become uncomfortable, change the way your dog moves, split or even grow into the paw if left too long. Not all dogs like their nails being clipped so Bernie works patiently and gently to make the experience as relaxed as possible. You can also gain advice on maintaining healthy nails between visits. Anal Gland Expressing Do you smell something quite unpleasant with your dog, or see them struggling to poop or running their butts along the floor regularly? This could be due to full anal glands which can be uncomfortable for some dogs. In worst cases it could also lead to irritation or infection if left untreated. Professional expressing can help relieve discomfort and keep your dog feeling comfortable. As this can be a messy procedure, many owners prefer to have it performed by a qualified veterinary professional.
