The Heel Lead does one thing: it puts you and your dog exactly where you're both supposed to be during training. Short, deliberate, no slack to hide behind. It's the lead Darren designed thirty years ago and has used every single day since. The one others have copied. This is still the original.

The 110cm is what comes next. Once your dog genuinely knows where it's supposed to be - not drifting, not guessing, actually at heel - the longer lead makes sense. You're not restricting anymore. You're just keeping the connection.

Together they cover everything from the first heel session to the moment the training sticks. That's why they work as a pair.

Both leads are the same colour - pick the one that suits you. If you want them personalised, that's £5 per lead (£10 for the pair). Worth doing. These are leads you'll use every day.

Built to last - materials:

• Highest quality marine-grade ring and swivel throughout
• Rope is the best quality braided PPM - no stretch (ensuring stoppers remain in place), washable, fast drying, stain resistant and non-toxic
• No metal clips holding the rope together - no sharp edges, no nasty surprises. A lot of leads out there have both. Ours don't

These aren't leads knocked together from whatever's cheap. Every material is chosen because it does the job properly, for as long as you need it to.

The details:

• Heel Lead: 60cm - short by design. The length is the mechanism
• 110cm Lead: 110cm - standard, but may vary by a centimetre here and there. Depends how well the tape measure's behaving that day
• Width: 6mm
• Handmade: Every single one. In Yorkshire. By us
• Colours: 40+ colourways. Both leads come in the same colour - there's one for everyone
• Personalisation: Add a name, word or phrase to each lead - up to 20 characters per lead (+£5 each, £10 for the pair)

Please note: both leads are sold as a pair in the same colour. Lengths and colours cannot be mixed and matched.
