The end of the shooting season means back to some serious training…...

It only seems like yesterday that we were preparing our young spaniels for their first season beating and polishing up the retrievers for picking up, and now the shooting season has been and gone, and what a success it has been. It was great to have a good number of you out on the shoot at Stubbs Hall, a great experience for everyone.

But now the time has come to refocus our efforts on training. Some of you will have discovered over the last few months what areas of training you and your dog really need to concentrate on, for some it's new beginnings, a new or young dog at it's first classes, and for the old hands, well training never finishes.

We kick off this Saturday at Harewood House for our first Multi-Trainer day of the year. Harewood affords us such as great variety of ground and we are lucky to have the continued support of both Tim, the head keeper and the Estate.

The Kikbourne Team look forward to seeing you all there.
