PURCHASES...

 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the  'Checkout' button in the footer and you will be taken to our Paypal checkout page. 

 

Please note that you do not need a Paypal Account to use your credit/debit card to make payment.

 

Alternatively you can always drop us and email or give us a call with your order details.  For non website orders we also accept bank transfers and cheques (however no goods will be despatched until funds are cleared).]

 

Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day.  

 

Our office hours are 10am to 4pm - any orders made after this time will be processed on the next working day.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

All pricing for sending out orders will be indicated at the checkout .  

 

We currently despatch our goods via Royal Mail and Royal Mail Parcel Force, all prices are quoted at cost and inclusive of packaging.  

 

 

RETURNS ...

 

To return any items to us, please package appropriately and  send the item/s back to us in :

a) Perfect / Unused Conditions (non faulty items)

b) within 30 days of purchase

 

to the address below with a full covering letter stating your Name/Address and Order/Invoice number and the reason for the return.

 

For non faulty returns postage will not be refunded.  For faulty items full postage will be refunded.

DELIVERIES ...

 

We aim to despatch your order within one working day of receipt of payment Monday to Friday, assuming no stock shortages or payment difficulties.  We will advise you by email if there is likely to be any delay.

 

We will not be held responsible for delayed deliveries, including any performance shortfalls of the postage or transport services which we use.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
