On line one to one help

if you are having the odd issue why not try our on line lessons. Currently lots of people are joining in on line and sending in their issues or even asking for training plans. What we ask is you send in your requirements along with some short video clips and we will give you a game plan to resolve your issues. We then leave it a week you then resend more clips to show how you.have got on. Each session is £10.
